Quality control
Every lot is tested before release and documented by lot number.
Identity and purity
Each lot is analysed by high performance liquid chromatography for purity and by mass spectrometry for identity. Testing is carried out by an independent analytical laboratory.
Certificate of analysis
Each lot has a certificate carrying the lot number, test date, methods, measured purity and the analysing laboratory. Certificates are supplied with the shipment and on request before ordering.
Synthesis
Peptides are produced by solid phase synthesis under documented quality control, purified by preparative chromatography and lyophilised before filling.
Labelling and traceability
Vial labels carry the compound name, quantity, lot number and storage condition, so material stays traceable to its certificate once it is in the laboratory.
Handling and storage
Conditions are listed on each specification table and on the certificate of analysis.

Logistics
Dispatch, transit and documentation.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within one working day. Tracking is issued by email when the shipment leaves the facility.
Transit
Temperature controlled courier service with tracking to the delivery address on the account. Standard transit is 5 to 7 working days depending on destination.
Customs
Shipments are declared as laboratory research reagents and travel with a commercial invoice and the lot certificate. Import duties, where they apply, are settled before delivery.
Transit damage
If a shipment arrives damaged or fails temperature control on arrival, contact us with the lot number and we replace the material or credit the order.

- Declaration at checkoutBefore an order can be completed, the buyer selects a research purpose from a fixed list and confirms that the materials are purchased for research use only and not for human consumption. An order cannot be completed until both are recorded.
- PaymentCard payment at checkout. Institutional purchase orders and bank transfer are available on request.
- ReturnsUnopened vials in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned, as storage history cannot be verified once a vial has left our control.

The materials listed here are supplied as laboratory reagents for in vitro research. They are not drugs, foods or cosmetics, they are not approved for human or veterinary use, and they may not be relabelled, resold or used as any of those things.
Can an individual order?
Accounts are issued to researchers and laboratories and orders carry a research purpose declaration. Materials are not sold for personal use.
Do you provide guidance on use?
No. We supply the material and its analytical documentation. We do not provide protocols, preparation instructions, quantities or any advice on use, and our staff cannot answer questions of that kind.
Can I see a certificate of analysis before ordering?
Yes. Request the certificate for any catalog item from the product entry and we send the current lot certificate.
How is material shipped and stored?
Lyophilised material ships in insulated packaging with coolant and should be transferred to -20 °C storage on arrival, protected from light. Each specification table lists the storage condition for that item.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, where import of laboratory research reagents is permitted. The buyer is responsible for confirming that import and possession of a given compound is lawful in the destination country.
What documentation comes with an order?
A commercial invoice, the lot certificate of analysis, and a safety data sheet on request.
